The Recreation was full of surprises sending the audience into peals of laughter.

Chapter members in deep thought

Our dear Sr. Ernestine went to her Eternal reward on 25th Jan. 2010 at the age of 93. Her mortal remains were interred at Tollygunge Cemetery on 26th.

We are grateful to all the sisters present for her funeral.

May she Rest in Peace.

Opening Prayer was a power point presentation conducted by Srs. Prescilla Moras and Leela. They highlighted the theme of the chapter effectively. It is an occasion to renew our heritage and our roots.

Inaugural Address

“…having been called to a Carmelite family to live our Consecration Mission we have a Spiritual Heritage of Contemplative Prayer as a way of life to meet God. Contemplative Faith is essentially faith in its purest form…..it is the experience of a liberated person in this world. A person who has attained the gift of Contemplation becomes a message to the world…….”
